Emerging Engineering Talent – Skilled engineers that are looking for their next move. They may have recently completed an apprenticeship, or been working in a technical role for a few years, and are now ready to progress to a more senior role.

Trainee Engineers – Competent individuals that are looking for a chance to break into the sector armed with transferable skills and experience. They are looking for an opportunity to be trained up on the job to gain the specific skills an employer needs.

Graduates – Recently completed graduates from an engineering discipline. With up to date engineering knowledge that will allow them to spark fresh ideas and innovation.
